Procap
Terms of use
Updated 11 October 2026
These terms cover procap.app (this website) and the Procap waitlist. Procap is an independent product based in India (“Procap”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. The Procap app will have its own terms, which you’ll see before you can use it.
The waitlist
- Joining is free. You must be 18 or over and use an email address that’s yours.
- Joining doesn’t guarantee access, a date or a price. We invite people in the order and numbers that suit us, and we may close the waitlist at any time.
- We may remove sign-ups that look fake, automated or abusive.
- You can leave at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@procap.app.
Using this site
Please don’t:
- sign up other people, or email addresses you don’t control;
- use bots or scripts on the form, scrape the site, or try to overload, probe or break it;
- copy the site’s name, logo, design or text to pass something off as Procap.
Procap is still being built
This site describes what we’re building. Features, supported browsers and devices, and prices may change before or after launch, and some may never ship.
Ownership
The Procap name, logo, and this site’s design and text belong to us. The Geist, Doto and Fraunces fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
No warranty
This site and the waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from this site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Privacy
How we handle your email address is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and if you’re on the waitlist and the change matters, we’ll email you. If you keep using the site or stay on the waitlist after a change, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of your own country’s consumer law.
